Premier uses a Swap Pool system to ensure that your users are up and running as fast as possible.
Same Day Turnaround process:
- Customer Help Desk notifies Premier of service call from end user
- Premier issues service order and sends carton and return label to end user if requested
- End user ships equipment to Premier for service
- Project Lead Technician triages the equipment
- Data backup/restore and OS upgrade/refresh applied to same unit or Swap Pool unit
- Hardware repaired if needed
- User migrated to Swap Pool unit if necessary
- Diagnostics and QC performed by Lead Technician
- Equipment shipped to end user via next day delivery
