or SERVICE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Before calling please have the following information at your disposal....
- Your Name and Company Name.
- The Defective equipment (or the equipment part number and serial number).
- A complete description of the problem.
- A contact name, phone number and Email address.
- A return shipping address.

SO Request page.
- When the receptionist answers, give her your name and the name of you company.
- Ask to speak to the Customer Service Department.
- All information regarding your repair will be maintained in our records under the specific
SO number.
- Please, Do Not reuse an "old" SO number.
- Please read our Disclaimer prior to sending in
your equipment
