PROCEDURES for TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
or SERVICE RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Before calling please have the following information at your disposal....

  • Your Name and Company Name.
  • The Defective equipment (or the equipment part number and serial number).
  • A complete description of the problem.
  • A contact name, phone number and Email address.
  • A return shipping address.

Call Premier Computer Services at (800) 322-7123....
or Visit The Online SO Request page.

  • When the receptionist answers, give her your name and the name of you company.
  • Ask to speak to the Customer Service Department.
  •  All information regarding your repair will be maintained in our records under the specific SO number.
  •  Please, Do Not reuse an "old" SO number.
  • Please read our Disclaimer prior to sending in your equipment
  • Equipment should be sent to:
