Disclaimer and shipping instructions

Please follow the instructions before sending in your computer for repair.

  • BACKUP ALL DATA TO AN EXTERNAL BACKUP DEVICE.

  • YOUR DATA AND PROGRAMS MAY BE LOST OR UNUSABLE DUE TO THE REPAIR PROCESS.

  • It is the customers responsibility to reinstall all programs and data.

  • Premier Computer Services, Inc is not responsible for data or program loss.

  • All repair and shipping charges must be paid in full before computer is returned.

  • A diagnostic and shipping  fee will apply to all repairs not completed.

  • Record your model and serial number in a safe place.

  • Include a list of items shipped.

  • Include contact information; a name, phone number, email address and return mailing address.

  • Include a detailed description of the problem your computer is having.

  • Include any special repair or return shipment instructions.

  • Use bubble wrap or other suitable packing material and allow at least four inches of packing material around the computer.

  • Write the Service Order number given by customer service on the outside of the box.

  • Send your computer to: Premier Computer Services Inc., 3003 48th Ave., Moline, IL. 61265.

  • Please make sure you have completed all of the above instructions before sending in your computer for repair!
