shipping charges must be paid in full before computer is returned.

A diagnostic and
shipping fee will apply
to all repairs not completed.

Record your model
and serial number in a safe place.

Include a list of
items shipped.

Include contact
information; a name, phone number, email address and return mailing
address.

Include a detailed
description of the problem your computer is having.

Include any special
repair or return shipment instructions.

Use bubble wrap or
other suitable packing material and allow at least four inches of
packing material around the computer.

Write the Service
Order number given by customer service on the outside of the box.

Send your computer
